Dealers pay for traffic through search and ads, then lose it at night and on weekends, when nobody is there to answer. Mike built RV Front Desk to work the traffic a dealer already has.
After the sale, most buyers feel abandoned. RV Front Desk gives every dealer the kind of after-sale tech support the largest dealers built for themselves, without hiring techs.
He also built FixMyRV.ai, a separate consumer brand. RV Front Desk is its own company, made for RV dealers.
