Renters plan trips at night and on weekends, when your office is closed. First-time renters cannot tell from a standard booking checkout which RV fits their group, and what their truck can tow is the most common confusion of all.
Mike built RV Front Desk to answer those questions the moment they are asked, and to handle problems during and after the trip, so your team serves more customers without adding staff.
He also built FixMyRV.ai, a separate consumer brand. RV Front Desk is its own company, made for RV rental companies.
